I'm 99% sure at this point that it's simply not going to work, due to the way the NoDVD crack changed the way the game loads. So to test, change your regional settings to Japanese (don't worry, the main Windows UI will remain in English), and reboot. Once you reboot, try launching Hara Para from the harapara.exe file (with the icon of two fish). I'll bet it worked. :-)

What I suspect is going on is AppLocale changes the codepage settings for a single app on the fly - in this case, changing harapara.exe to run as Japanese. However, harapara.exe is in turn launching data.exe after bypassing the DVD check - and the codepage settings are NOT passed on. Thus the game ends up running in an English (or whatever) locale and the script craps out, just as if you hadn't used AppLocale.

So your install is probably as fine as it's going to be with the current crack and language patch - you just can't use AppLocale. Since I doubt anyone is going to update the patch to address this, just change your language settings and deal with a couple reboots when you want to play this game.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09065378460634305599noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1693802164270935708.post-77623058154850974242015-01-19T19:12:47.063-08:002015-01-19T19:12:47.063-08:00This is a translation for HaraPara by Swanmania. As for the new problem with HaraPara, I haven't encountered a UNICODE problem before. I don't know what torrent you're using, but I would recommend you uninstall HaraPara and delete everything file from it's installation off your computer. Then, search http://sukebei.nyaa.se/ for [スワン] and see if you can't find another HaraPara torrent that just seems to have randomly been uploaded extremely recently. That should give you the regular HaraPara .iso and crack, which you can use to install the game like you would any vn (with right use of region settings, locale, and/or applocale). After you verify that it works, then try and install the partial english patch.LoeQualityhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04004331143658827001noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1693802164270935708.post-65895487885496412272014-05-24T01:55:25.187-07:002014-05-24T01:55:25.187-07:00Ok so i installed Hara Kano!! and Hara Min!! and t...Ok so i installed Hara Kano!! and Hara Min!! and they both work fine, i got Hara Para!! in the same torrent and tried to instal that also, but i get a new error.
